Whats up, Doc?

Finally, The Pete Docter Spline Cast is up on Itunes. I’ll be tweaking it a bit, but the interview is done and hopefully the audio is ok. We did it with a special microphone at Pixar.
Enjoy!

Dude –
You work there. At Pixar. I do not. You are in Nirvana. I am nothing. But even I know that it is Pete DOCTER, not DOCTOR!!!!
Dr. Gordon
Sorry Dude. I will make the corrections
Chris
Thank you very much, that was amazing! I really enjoyed it, as it felt a lot like the conversation with Brad Bird earlier this year.
I would perhaps add a note to the post that it is a little hard to hear without head phones, even though you guys point that out a minute or so into the interview; I couldn’t figure out why it was so quiet!
Dr. Gordon
dang, its too low? I’ll work on fixing it. Sorry.

Andrew, you always sound so quiet and shy in these interviews.. speak up, get excited!

Dude, anonymous, he sounds fine to ME…I can hear him loud and clear…besides, he’s interviewing…Id rather want to hear the interviewee louder in contrast than the interviewer. And who are YOU to tell him to not by quiet or shy…you’re the one posting comments as anonymous, right? Man, SOME people.

HEY, I dont think he was TELLING him what to do, HAHA! He was being nice, man, calm down!

Just technically speaking I had to turn the volume up full, and then didn’t get everything (listening on speakers, and working around the house). Still, the interview was valuable. Wish there was more.
Dr. Gordon
sorry, again about the audio. I thought the level were fine. I will post another version with better levels as soon as I can. In the mean time, someone already had done this…
