I know to start marking down when specific sounds happen so I know what marks I have to hit, but when it comes time to animate, I'm not sure how to consistently match it up. Is it generally a better idea to find the poses first before lip sync, or do some do the sync first then poses, or mix it up a bit? Also, if you have source of places to find funny audio samples to animate to that would rock.
